- Items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags and labels intact
- Items should be returned in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit
3. Proof of Purchase
A valid proof of purchase is required to process a return, such as an order confirmation email, receipt, or invoice.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Digital Products: Downloadable items such as eBooks, guides, or courses are non-refundable once accessed
- Custom or Personalized Items: Products that have been customized or personalized based on customer preferences are not eligible for returns
- Final Sale Items: Clearance or sale items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged
How to Initiate a Return
Step 1: Submit a Return Request
- Contact our Customer Support Team at info@action-today.co.uk with the subject line: "Return Request - Order #"
- Provide the following details in your email:
- Order number
- Reason for return (e.g., wrong size, item not as described, defect)
- Photos of the item (if applicable, such as for damaged goods)
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
- Once your return request is approved, we will issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN). This number must be included with your return package
- You will also receive the return shipping address and instructions for securely packaging the item
Step 3: Ship the Item
- Package the item carefully to prevent damage during transit
- Label the package with the provided return address and include the RAN
- Choose a reliable shipping method with tracking to ensure the package reaches us safely
Return Shipping Costs
Customer Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items
Company Responsibility
If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost. Contact us to receive a prepaid shipping label.
Refund Policy

Refunds will only be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

- Upon receiving the item, our Quality Control Team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria

Partial Refunds
If the returned item is not in its original condition or is missing parts, a partial refund may be issued at the Company's discretion.
Non-Refundable Fees
Shipping fees and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Company error.
Exchanges
Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To replace an item, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order.
Defective or Damaged Items

- We will replace the item at no additional cost to you once the claim is verified
Exceptions to the Return Policy
Custom or Personalized Items
Custom designs, monogrammed products, or personalized goods are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Gift Returns
If you received an item as a gift and wish to return it, the refund will be issued as store credit, provided all eligibility criteria are met.
Late Returns
Returns received beyond the 30-day window may be considered on a case-by-case basis, with an additional restocking fee of 20% applied.
